About The Program

A non-contact, competitive football program available for all ages including u14, u16 and u18 teams. Our fun and fast-paced program ranges for those interested in preparing for the tackle season to those looking to develop athletic skills in a safe and exciting environment.

Most notably, the program offers international exposure and the chance to participate in nationally recognized showcases, combines, and Canadian/US college-run tournaments.

EOS 7s promotes elite skill development, mental and situational awareness, while also providing advanced opportunities to touch the ball and improve ones ability to read and react.

Headed by Brockville’s Zach Benson, a former full-scholarship USPORT football player, and current Post-Secondary Athletic Prep Coach and CEO of 4Life Fitness. Eastern Ontario Select 7’s is a 7 on 7 football program that will develop and grow the game of football locally while providing exposure to USPORT/NCAA opportunities. We aim to streamline the academic and athletic scholarship process.

If you are reading this, this is your official invitation to join our ELITE football 7 on 7 teams and compete against the best players in Canada and the US for USPORT/NCAA scholarship opportunities.

How 7 on 7 is Played

7 on 7 is a skill-based game with zero contact and no offensive/defensive linemen. Quarterbacks have a maximum of 4.0s to throw the ball in lieu of a rush. The purpose is to develop an understanding of the game of football as a skill position athlete (WR/slot, RB/FB/TE, DB’s/LB’s and QB’s). Our competitive teams focus on: position-specific training, mechanical and technical skill development, athletic superiority and competitive team dynamics.
