Sprint/Acceleration Mechanics
During our 4 week program we will emphasize and lock in proper sprint/drive phase mechanics and guarantee a measurable improvement through our intake and outtake testing days. We will provide you with the skills and drills to continue your development after our camps.
Jump/Landing Mechanis
We will teach and demonstrate proper jump/landing mechanics to ensure proper motor learning, injury prevention, and proper force applications! Linear and Lateral ballistic training included.
Reactive Agility
We believe in teaching reactive agility > pre-set movement patterns. We will teach your young athletes how to respond to sport like stimulus.
Overall Athletic Development
At the 4Life Fitness Athletic Development Camp we get away from "sport specific training" and introduce our athletes to full-scope training with emphasis on long term development, creating strong foundations, and offering the most complete AD camps in Eastern Ontario.
